I love this restaurant! It's as good as any better Las Vegas restaurant. The food is fresh, beautifully displayed and plentiful. The meat is brought to the table and carved on the spit. I was invited by a friend and she said The Flame is delightful. Thank you Tina!
First time at this upscale restaurant located in the upper floor of The Grand Casino, we had reservations but arrived a bit earlier but was able to be seated within minutes.
They have a very different yet amazing salad bar, so many items to choose from not only salad items but oysters on the half shell, lobster bisque and many other delicious items. I only had the salad bar but the other people in my party also had the meat which they give you a coin to flip upside down when you are ready for your meet and different gentlemen come around with skewers of flame broiled steak lamb bacon wrapped fillets sausage and many other different Meats. This place is quite amazing!
I gave a 2 star only because the salad bar was great. Couldn’t eat any of the meat. Husband spit out a lamb chop. Not sure meat was fresh or cooked properly so be careful. Staff were wonderful though!
This was the best dining experience that we have ever had. The food was wonderful. The service was superb. Our waitress was the absolutely the best! We have been talking about it all day and to everyone.
We will most definitely be back and with friends and family.

I wasn't impressed with their selection at the salad bar, but our server was attentive to our table. Some of the cuts of meat were really good, like the tenderloin and bacon wrapped tenderloin, and the sausage, but the chicken cuts were dry and didn't yield much flavor. The mashed potatoes were pretty good, too. I'm not a huge fan of the 'cut it at your table' thing, but plenty of other people obviously enjoy it.
I received wonderful service! My severs were very attentive and made sure I had enough meat. The salad bar had lots of tasty options. I had some shrimp salad, fresh oysters, tuna, smoked salmon, ceviche, sautéed mushrooms, prosciutto. For the meats, I had the pork tenderloin, Picanha, flank steak, filet mignon, bacon wrapped filet mignon, and lamb chops. I also had a delicious crème brulee for dessert. The filet mignon was absolutely tender and flavorful! What I absolutely loved was the lamb chops! They were just perfect and not over cooked!
Pretty decent food, the meat was very dry and a lot of the beef was more rare than I prefer. Service was pretty good, but for the price, I expected more. The chocolate cake however is beyond fire.
We always enjoy coming here! The food is great. Our most recent trip, everything was top notch - great service, yummy salad bar and tender meat! I recommend this place for a special night out.
